Learning outcomesThe student having passed the curriculum of Air Traffic Services:
• has an advanced sense of responsibility for their speciality related activities aimed at ensuring aviation safety; • explains orally and in written in the Estonian and/or the English language speciality related problems and participates in speciality related discussions; • makes use of their analytical and synthesising skills in their field of speciality; • has got potential for continuing the studies; • has acquired the competences meeting the requirements set on professional higher education and in compliance with international aviation standards that would enable working as student air traffic controller in Radar Approach Control unit or in Surveillance Area Control unit or in Tower Control unit and as a specialist in field of air traffic services in Estonia and as well as abroad; • knows the characteristic features and importance of team work and is able to work in a team; interconnects different influences of the environment, resources, standards and human abilities; • has acquired a systemic conception of the system of aero navigation service and comprehends its connections with different areas of aviation activities; • applies the acquired speciality knowledge and skills in various working situations bearing the responsibility for fulfilling the requirements set on aviation safety Look curriculum subjects | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
